We all know how much Jef loves quoting the Dalai Lama, and once again he is tweeting about love. Is he thinking about Emily?

Jef Holm is once again pouring his heart out all over his Twitter account, and it looks like the object of his affection is his Bachelorette sweetheart Emily Maynard! It looked like Jef had moved on, as he took to his Instagram on Jan. 9 and posted an image showing him snowboarding with a sexy blonde who beared a striking resemblance to his rumored fling Katianna Bear. But, Jef has since confirmed that he is no longer seeing Katianna. Is he hoping to win Emily back?

Jef tweeted this Dalai Lama quote on Jan. 27: “Great love & great achievements involve great risk.” On Jan. 25 he said “Get better not bitter.” Is Jef hoping for a second chance with Emily?

And by second chance, I mean a fourth chance. Emily and Jef’s relationship status changes more often than the weather, but Jef is single and ready to mingle since he told Wetpaint that he and Katianna are no longer together.

Jef, 28, and Emily, 26, broke up first in October, but by Christmas they were seen out for a romantic dinner in Charlotte, N.C., and they were spotted holding hands at a mall. However that reunion was over almost before it began, and they reportedly split over a huge fight about Katianna.

Now that Jef is single again, is he pining for Emily?

HollywoodLife.com senior reporter Chloe Melas believes that Jef and Emily need to cut off all contact, and in the words of Taylor Swift, never ever get back together.

Yes, I think they should try again. I really think they are meant to be. I know that sounds ridiculous…being they met on the Bachelorette. But I’m not joking.

In my opinion I really think Jef realty did try to make it work. Was he too controlling…???? Was he really a sweetheart..????…..who knows. I also think Emily is happy the way she is right now….SINGLE. I think the problem right now is “timing”. When the time is right she will find someone no doubt..
