The ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star, 51, gets support from her much-younger boyfriend, 32, amidst her public family scandal.
A lot of negative things are being said about Adrienne Maloof, 51, these days — particularly by her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ co-star Brandi Glanville — but there’s one person who will always have her back: new (younger) boyfriend Sean Stewart!
TMZ’s cameras caught up with 32-year-old Sean — the son of legendary musician Rod Stewart — in Los Angeles on Jan. 24, and he had nothing but wonderful things to say about his cougar queen.
“She’s a very, very sweet lady,” Sean said of Adrienne, which was a nice thing to say, even if “sweet lady” sounds more like a phrase one would use to describe an elderly neighbor.
He also said Adrienne is ”a very, very good lady, and a wonderful mother.”
As for the rumors that Sean has already moved in to Adrienne’s house — husband Paul Nassif formally filed for separation in July 2012 — Sean vehemently denies those allegations.
“I have my own place,” he explained.
In fact, Sean sees nothing wrong with his and Adrienne’s May-December romance.
“If men can date younger women, why can’t a woman date a younger man?” Sean asked TMZ. “It’s sexist, right? It’s about the person, who she is inside. Age is just a number. If there’s a connection and someone cares about a person, that’s what matters, really.”
