The Kristen Stewart cheating scandal continues takes its toll as Liberty Ross has filed for divorce from her husband Rupert Sanders on Jan. 25. How sad!

After months and months of an unknown relationship status between the two, Liberty Ross finally filed divorce from Rupert Sanders on Jan. 25. How much is the Kristen Stewart cheating scandal to blame?

Rupert Sanders & Liberty Ross’ Divorce

Liberty, 34, has filed for divorce from her cheating husband, Rupert, 42, TMZ reports.The paperwork was filed in L.A Superior Court and Liberty is asking for joint custody of both their children, spousal support and attorney fees. Rupert is also looking for joint custody, but the successful director has passed on requesting spousal support.

Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson’s Separation

Kristen’s relationship with Robert Pattinson is in trouble, as well. While the English hunk, 26, is in Australia filming his new movie, The Rover, he’s requested a “trial separation” from his girlfriend, 22. A source revealed to HollywoodLife.com that Rob isn’t even taking Kristen’s calls, prompting her to consider an impromptu trip down under!

“It seems like she’s going to fly out there, despite the fact that he has cut their communication down a lot,” our source said. “He’s barely picking up her calls [or] responding to her messages.”

Kristen Stewart Moving On Without Rupert Sanders

Liberty’s walking away from her husband, and the woman who cause the split is moving on without him, as well. As we all know, this whole situation started when Rupert was found cheating with Kristen, the star of his hit, Snow White and the Huntsman. With a sequel in contention, plans have been revealed for Kristen to appear in the follow-up — without Rupert at the helm!

This is a very sad ending for a very young family. Noone will ever know the honest story because the two people who really know the extent of the relationship are the least reliable to be honest! I am so tired of people saying Kristen was a victim, just read her interviews where she repeatedly talks about her beliefs of doing what you want in order to experience every emotion of like. Yes half of what she says does not make sense, they are the rantings of a self absorbed immature person living in la-la land. But she is as accountable for her behaviors and choices as is anyone else. She was “pretending” for the whole week from the time she met with that guy until the story came out! Looking back that week of living a lie with Rob had to have been the final nail in the casket. She is not a young woman of character and dignity, nor can she be trusted at thiss point in her life. Rob owes her nothing, they were not legal bound to each other or married in a church thru the eyes of God. Let him move on and find a young lady who really is a better match for him. Bella and Edward are done, Rob and Kristen move on!! How can kristen justify this experience to herself where a marriage ended in div and she was a contributing factor. Poor wife and kids.

You don’t get it. Yes she’s an adult but you don’t have the same amount of experience and lessons you learn the way you do at 42. Kristens life as an adult is just beginning. Rupert has 20 years on her. You learn and change continually in maturity and getting to know yourself. You can become a parent, experience pain and loss and if you don’t get that it’s because your an immature kid yourself. You don’t know anything about life yet. Except for your ideas of right and wrong and yet have not had much happen yet to test your beliefs out. Life is not black and white. There are many grey areas. One day you’ll know more couples have chested than not. Your friends, family….your in for a lot of disappointment if you don’t learn to think inside, outside and around the box. Not trying to be mean, really I’m not. It’s just the truth.

Use some common sense, people. Doesn’t the fact that LR filed divorce papers on RS twice before the so called “cheating scandle”, before Kristen had even met him, say something about their relationship? It’s sad when any marriage breaks up, especially when there are children involved. However, to dump all of the responsibility of the demise of this marriage squarely on Kristen’s shoulders is totally illogical. This divorce will turn into yet another reason for the Kristen haters to clap their hands togeather with glee, and hate on her even more. How sad.

I hate to upset a lot of people, but in that picture above that Liberty woman looks like Kristen. Similar. Same color/length hair, same thin face. Ears stick out a bit.
There was a photo of these two with their kids on Halloween. She was a catwoman, and he was some kind of clown. They looked seemed happy then.

HWL do you ever check for facts before fabricating or putting a spin on a story? Yes she has filed for divorce. You did get that one right but you missed the boat with the whole truth. This is the third time she has filed for divorce which all happened before Kristen came into the picture. Once in England when she wanted to stay in the UK with her husband’s ex business partner which happened to be her old boyfriend as well. She filed for divorce but pulled the papers just before coming to the US with Rupert. In the YOU magazine interview she discusses feeling lonely and problems with the marriage but coming to the US because Rupert would hit it big here. Meaning more money for her. Number two was filed in the LA court three months before Rupert got the go ahead to make SWATH. Liberty was given a part in the movie and the 2nd divorce papers were pulled from court files. It is very easy to check the facts HWL before you print fabricated or half truth stories. Divorce Petitions are public record and very easy to access by computer. I will be very surprise if this divorce is followed through with. I imagine she wants her name back out in the public eye for things started to move on and she didn’t have the long term publicity she thought she would get from the scandal. Good thing there are gossip rags like you HWL who can fabricate, tell half truth spinned out stories to help people like Liberty get recognized when their 15 min of fame starts to wane. Maybe Liberty needs to pay you for all this free PR you are giving her by printing this garbage for the sheep of your flock to mindlessly follow. Now Kristen Stewart and Rupert Sanders can continue their relationship, and Robert Pattinson can finally move on with his life which he seems to be doing quite nicely in Australia. Kristen did not have enough character and integrity to break up with Robert before beginning an on-going affair (which started in England during filming, by the way) with Rupert Sanders. She was and is a slutty little Hollywood tramp. Robert has been a gentleman and a true professional thoughout this horrendous ordeal, but I believe that he finally sees Kristen Stewart for the person she really is. Robert is making an attempt to move on with his life and career, and Kristen should honor his request that she stay away from Australia while he is filming “The Rover.” If this girl has any descency in her at all, she will respect and honor Robert’s request. And for the idiot named Abe, a man’s penis size never makes up for his character, plus have you looked at that ugly face of his? What he and Kristen Stewart did was unthinkable because there were other people involved in their situation. Personally, I hope that they move in together, have as much sex as they want to in a bed and not a mini-car, and wait for their phones to ring for their next jobs. Rupert screwed himself out of directing the sequel to SWATH, and Kristen herself said that she is waiting for scripts. I wish them both great happiness together, and I hope that both Robert Pattinson and Liberty Ross find happiness and great success in their new lives.
