The Kristen Stewart cheating scandal continues takes its toll as Liberty Ross has filed for divorce from her husband Rupert Sanders on Jan. 25. How sad!

After months and months of an unknown relationship status between the two, Liberty Ross finally filed divorce from Rupert Sanders on Jan. 25. How much is the Kristen Stewart cheating scandal to blame?

Rupert Sanders & Liberty Ross’ Divorce

Liberty, 34, has filed for divorce from her cheating husband, Rupert, 42, TMZ reports.The paperwork was filed in L.A Superior Court and Liberty is asking for joint custody of both their children, spousal support and attorney fees. Rupert is also looking for joint custody, but the successful director has passed on requesting spousal support.

Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson’s Separation

Kristen’s relationship with Robert Pattinson is in trouble, as well. While the English hunk, 26, is in Australia filming his new movie, The Rover, he’s requested a “trial separation” from his girlfriend, 22. A source revealed to HollywoodLife.com that Rob isn’t even taking Kristen’s calls, prompting her to consider an impromptu trip down under!

“It seems like she’s going to fly out there, despite the fact that he has cut their communication down a lot,” our source said. “He’s barely picking up her calls [or] responding to her messages.”

Kristen Stewart Moving On Without Rupert Sanders

Liberty’s walking away from her husband, and the woman who cause the split is moving on without him, as well. As we all know, this whole situation started when Rupert was found cheating with Kristen, the star of his hit, Snow White and the Huntsman. With a sequel in contention, plans have been revealed for Kristen to appear in the follow-up — without Rupert at the helm!

I can’t believe that famous man like tiger woods who cheated on his wife with 12 yes I repeat 12 different women and Arnold Schwarzenegger can cheat on his wife with the MAID who know Maria and had a baby with this maid, and he gets a new movie where he is the leading man. But when a 22 year old women Cuddles up to another man, because it is still not proven that she and Rupert had sex, all hell breaks loose and she is called a home-wrecker

YES! The double standard is repulsive. I have never seen someone attacked as badly as Kristen was, and now will be all over again. The worst part is the standards are set by women. Women tore Kristen apart and blamed her. She was accused of the most terrible things with no proof. I never saw a devastated husband and wife, I saw 2 famewhores basking in the attention. Liberty’s Halloween costume spoke volumes. These 2 filed for divorce before they came to Hollywood but then Rupert got the Snow White movie and they decided to stay together. I would not be surprised if Liberty took the photos and they planned to use Kristen to boost their fame. All Rupert had to do was make the moves on Kristen. Why only 1 or 2 kissing photos? Could it be possible Kristen stopped him? The so called grinding photo looked like Kristen physically pushing away to get out of being pinned against the wall. This was someone she considered a friend and trusted and I’m sure she felt ashamed and angry. It looks to me like he called her saying he needed a ride joke after his car broke down or something. Anyone who is not the least suspicious, and Liberty planning to announce her divorce to be announced at the same time her nude magazine feature came out, is naive or is jealous of Kristen and hateful no matter what. This is just a convenient excuse to hate on her and for rag magazines and low life websites to make money the scummiest

A happy husband would never cheat on his wife and family!!! This marriage was way over with long before Kristen was in the picture. Even Rupert said his wife was not happy being in the U.S., she was miserable and wanted to go back to England, and they were trying to work things out. I don’t think Liberty is so innocent as she makes herself out to be?? Now she is doing a nude magazine cover, hmm!! very interesting. When their kids are older they can go on the internet and see their daddy making the moves on his much younger leading movie star while he is still married to their mommy and then can go see their mommy spread naked on a magazine, nice family!!
