Jenelle has been threatening to divorce her hubby Courtland Rogers ever since they got into an explosive argument on Jan. 21, but her lawyer Dustin R. T. Sullivan revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that she hasn’t filed for divorce yet!

Jenelle Evans has made explosive allegations against her estranged husband Courtland Rogers, including that he cheated on her multiple times and has fathered babies with different women, even in their marriage.

But even though she has thrown around the D-word, her lawyer Dustin R. T. Sullivan told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that she hasn’t taken any legal action yet!

Dustin revealed that Jenelle hasn’t filed for divorce from Courtland, despite filing legal assault charges against him. The misdemeanor charges include four counts of assault on a female, and two counts of battery on an unborn child.

Jenelle Evans’ Lawyer: How A Miscarriage Will Impact Courtland Rogers’ Assault charges

Although Jenelle hasn’t yet confirmed if she has suffered a miscarriage or not, Dustin said that the charges against an unborn child will uphold since they stem from when they were together and when Jenelle was in fact pregnant.

However, Jenelle could file additional charges if she does have a miscarriage and decides to proceed with further legal action against Courtland.

Jenelle Evans Accuses Courtland Rogers Of Cheating

On Jan. 21, Jenelle went on a rant against Courtland after she woke up in the middle of the night and saw he was gone. She called him out on Twitter with, “ARE YOU F—ING KIDDING ME?!”

Courtland responded on Twitter with, “I went out last night and got wasted and came home at 3 am and I left my pregnant wife asleep by herself but I didn’t cheat!! I just left.”

But Jenelle didn’t think that was good enough. Two days later, she declared she wanted a divorce — and has been staying with her ex-fiance Gary Head ever since.
