The singer has come under a lot of scrutiny for lip syncing at the Inauguration on Jan. 21 and now a source close to the singer claims that Beyonce doesn’t see a problem with using the pre-recorded track at the last minute. Do you?
Beyonce stands by her decisions and that’s why we love her! HollywoodLife.com spoke to the U.S. Marine Corp Band, who told us that the 31-year-old singer decided to sing with a pre-recorded track and did not sing live at President Barack Obama‘s Inauguration. Even though Beyonce hasn’t come out and made a public comment explaining why she opted to do this, Us Weekly reports that she doesn’t see anything wrong with her decision.
Why Beyonce Reportedly Didn’t See A Problem With Lip Syncing
The source tells the magazine that: “She didn’t think there was anything wrong with it. Pavarotti has done it! It was freezing out, and if she messed up just one note, that would have been the story. Everybody uses these tracks, and the music director advised it. Any big outdoor live performance is almost always with some kind of track.”
The Statement From The U.S. Marine Corps Band To HL About Beyonce’s Performance
Kristin DuBois, Public Affairs Chief For The Marine Band, confirms to HollywoodLife.com, “We don’t at all we know why she decided to go with the pre-recorded music. All music [for the Inauguration] is pre-recorded as a matter of course. The Marine Band performed live and we received word at the last minute. Colonel Colborne and Officer Perry were standing right there, and I’m not sure who they were in contact with, but Perry gave the word to go with the pre-recorded track at the last minute. I can say that what is common is every four years someone wants to say someone is lip syncing, and four years ago it was Yo Yo Ma. He even admitted it and said well yes, it was 25 degrees, a cello can’t make a sound in those conditions. It’s not because she couldn’t sing, something had to have happened that prevented her from doing that. Kelly Clarkson did sing live and the band accompanied her. James Taylor … I don’t know. We are speaking on our behalf. We don’t know why she did it and all we know is what happened. Our role was to perform the National Anthem.”

Who cares when its cold its hard to sing outside i have before it hurts you end up losing your voice and that not good for anybody. Singers do it all the time to save their voice. Maybe they lost it cause they are sick there are a number of reasons. Singers are not superhuman they get sick to despite what people think. I could go on forever but im not have a great day n god bless you.
