Bethenny Frankel's Husband Jason Hoppy Declares Divorce War

Bethenny’s soon-to-be ex-husband Jason Hoppy has filed divorce papers of his own! He’s requesting primary custody of their 2-year-old daughter Brynn, and he wants to live in their marital home. Keep reading to find out what else he’s demanding.

Bethenny Frankel has a mess on her hands. The reality TV queen is about to embark on what is turning into a nasty divorce battle with her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy. Bethenny had requested primary custody of Brynn in the filing, as well as Jason pay their medical bills, and to live in their NYC apartment. But Jason wants all the exact same things, down to the smallest request.

The Bethenny & Jason Divorce Battle

Divorcing Jason isn’t going to be easy for Bethenny. TMZ is reporting that Jason has filed a response to Bethenny’s divorce papers. Here are his demands: Jason wants child support from Bethenny, primary custody of their daughter Brynn, pay his medical bills, a life insurance police on herself with him as the beneficiary, his lawyer fees paid and “exclusive use” of the marital residence.

Bethenny Has Been Seen Out With Another Man

When Bethenny filed for divorce she released this statement: “It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating. This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family. We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority,” the statement continues. “This is an immensely painful and heartbreaking time for us.”
