The ‘Teen Mom’ star is accusing her new hubby of physically assaulting her while she is preggers! This sounds awful!

Jenelle Evans just can’t seem to catch a break. She’s filed charges against Courtland Rogers, her husband and her attorney, Dustin R.T. Sullivan, tells E! News that the charges are on an assault against a female with an unborn child.

Why Jenelle Evans Filed Charges Against Courtland Rogers

Jenelle’s attorney says: “They are the highest level of misdemeanor you can get,” he says. “He faces a maximum 150 days in jail per charge. She was physically assaulted over a period of time,” Sullivan added. “She will be a victim in the case and will be represented by the State of North Carolina.”

Jenelle Freaked Out On Twitter

Jenelle got really upset and tweeted that she wanted to divorce Courtland and said she was having a miscarriage.

“I am getting a divorce, ASAP. YOU F–KING LEAVE OUT OF TOWN AND I MIGHT BE HAVING A MISCARRIAGE?! F–K U, U F–KING PIECE OF S–T.”

Jenelle Getting Back With Her Ex-Fiance

Gary told viewers on Stickam that Jenelle was coming to stay with him after her fight with Courtland.

“Jenelle said that she needed a place to like, hide… She told [her mom] Barbara [Evans] today that she was coming here and even Barbara approved of it,” he said. “Barbara was like, ‘I think that’s great.”

But Courtland is really angry over this news because on Jan. 21 he tweeted: “I am glad to know hat somebody has just sent me. A screenshot of jenelle and gary talking today ! TODAY.”

This all sounds really sad.
