The Inauguration Ball on Sunday was just the beginning of the inauguration events, which kick off in full today. Today is the official swearing in ceremony and is also Martin Luther King, Jr.’s birthday. After being seated at the podium with his family and Vice President Joe Biden, the President will deliver a 20-minute address to a crowd of more than 500,00 people. Then the parties really get started with performances from Beyoncé, Kelly Clarkson, and James Taylor.
