Break up remorse? Taylor may have new material for her next album, but her split from Harry Styles has left her distraught, according to a new report.
Shortly after Taylor Swift broke up with Harry Styles, she reportedly regretted her decision and was “a wreck and torn up.” A series of apologetic text messages soon followed, but Harry was not amused.
After leaving Harry and her Caribbean vacation behind on Jan. 4, Taylor reportedly regretted breaking up with Harry, 18. “She was a wreck and torn up,” a friend of Taylor’s tells Us Weekly.
Taylor was texting apologies to Harry, but he “wouldn’t call her back. He thinks she’s too emotional.”
Those emotions, however, may help Taylor in the long run.
“Back in the studio,” the “I Knew You Were Trouble” singer tweeted Jan. 10. “Uh-oh…”

How Their Relationship Ended
Harry whisked Taylor to the Caribbean Islands after New Year’s — it was her Christmas gift from the One Direction-er. “The trip was a surprise. He planned it and whisked her away,” a source says.
After spending some romantic time together on Jan. 3, the One Direction frontman decided he needed to be alone for a bit, which is where things got really messy. “He got drunk and left Taylor on their boat for a few hours without telling her where he was going,” a source tells Us Weekly.
When Harry returned, Taylor was reportedly “crying and furious.”
Taylor thought that leaving Harry alone on the island the next morning would teach him a lesson, but instead, it just pushed him further away!
“She wanted to teach Harry a lesson; she expected him to call and apologize,” the source says. “He didn’t.”
It appears as though Taylor has some “trouble” of her own to deal with.
