A new year, a whole new Taylor! The 23-year-old star might have recently split with former flame Harry Styles, but she has honestly never looked better. Taylor Swift continued her stellar style run on the red carpet at the 2013 Golden Globes, where the star walked the red carpet in LA on Jan. 12 wearing an eggplant mermaid Donna Karan Atelier gown. From the front the dress seemed demure, but when she turned around she showed off a lot of skin, thanks to her sexy open back. Looking good really is the best revenge.
It looks like the star is showing off a whole new stylish side for 2013. Gone are the embellished, sequin dresses and golden glitz and glam. Instead, she’s wearing get-ups that are minimalistic yet chic — and she looks sexier than ever! The first time we saw Taylor post-breakup, she opted for a plunging white Ralph Lauren gown that put her cleavage on full display — and tonight she certainly didn’t decide to cover up! If the star is feeling sad about her split you seriously can’t tell!
Instead of flaunting her chest at the Golden Globes, Taylor was brave enough to bare her back — and she looked beyond gorgeous! The mermaid silhouette of the eggplant satin dress put her curves on full display, while the skirt flared out into a dramatic train. Now that’s how you make a statement on the red carpet. I cannot wait to see what is yet to come from this sexy new side of Taylor, but I’m definitely loving it!
