Robert Pattinson looked super handsome at the 2013 Golden Globes awards ceremony on Jan. 13, and he oozed charm as he presented the award for Best Screenplay — Motion Picture to Django Unchained’s Quentin Tarantino. As previously reported by HollywoodLife.com, Rob was announced as a presenter on Jan. 9, and he did a stellar job at handing over the prestigious golden trophy. The only downside of the night was that he attended the awards without Kristen Stewart! Read on to hear more about Rob’s presenting prowess.
Robert’s Presenting Prowess
Rob, who wore a Gucci black Signoria tuxedo with a white dress shirt, black satin tie and black leather lace ups, was on hand to present the Best Screenplay award with Amanda Seyfried at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. Rob looked both sexy and wise — the best combination — as he said the nominated movies have “great themes and they have great writers.” So true, Rob, so true.
HollywoodLife.com previously reported while Rob attended the awards, Kristen was seen at an LA Starbucks on the same day with TWO guys. A fan saw Kristen and said on Twitter: “So I’m just casually stood in line at Starbucks and guess who’s in front of me? Kristen Stewart. I really want her cap,” she wrote. “She was with two guys don’t think it was robert pattinson though if that’s what you’re wondering. I did say hi to kristen and she said hi back now that was awesome she seems cool, don’t know why everyone says she doesn’t smile.”
Well, while Kristen was with these guys, Rob was chilling with the sexy Amanda. We wonder what Kristen thought about that!
Rob Gets Hugged By Kristen’s Dad
Rob may have attended solo, but the Twilight hunk received a special good-luck gesture by Kristen’s dad John Stewart. Onlookers spotted John walking up to Robert before the show started just to give him a hug — how sweet!
Celebrity Presenters At The 70th Golden Globes
Rob was one of an exciting list of celebrity presenters for the Golden Globes big night! Adele, Taylor Swift, Megan Fox, Rosario Dawson, Jeremy Irons, Jessica Alba, Lucy Liu, and Dennis Quaid and Rob were all announced as presenters on Jan. 9. They were added to the previously-announced list of George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Jennifer Garner, Debra Messing, Kerry Washington, Nathan Fillion, Jason Statham, Jennifer Lopez, Kristen Wiig, Jeremy Renner, Amanda Seyfried and Will Ferrell. That’s a lot of star power!
