Kristen Stewart: Should She Support Robert Pattinson At The Globes?

Robert Pattinson is a friend of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association! The 26-year-old actor has been asked to be a celebrity presenter at the event and everyone wants to know if he’s going to bring Kristen Stewart as his date! HollywoodLife.com‘s Weekend Editor Chris Rogers, and Senior Reporter Chloe Melas break down the do’s and don’ts of Kristen’s possible red carpet arrival.

Why It Would Make Sense For Kristen To Attend?

Because they reportedly have the best sex life of their lives right now! “They have a very active sex life,” a source tells Star magazine. “And like handcuffs, blindfolds, and feathers.”

But Rob Has Presented In The Past & Kristen Didn’t Attend

Rob presented at the Golden Globes in 2011, he took the stage with Olivia Wilde and presented the award for Best Foreign Language Film. But K-Stew did not attend as Rob’s date on the red carpet and she wasn’t seen in the show.

Many Thought K-Stew Would Be Nominated

Kristen was invited and confirmed to attend The Variety Studio: Awards Edition event presented by Rolls-Royce and Variety magazine at the Rolls-Royce Villa in Beverly Hills, on Nov. 28 and Thursday, Nov. 29. Many thought this meant that Kristen would be nominated for her role in On The Road, guess not.

Other Celebs Presenting At The Globes

Adele, Taylor Swift, Megan Fox, Rosario Dawson, Jeremy Irons, Jessica Alba, Lucy Liu, and Dennis Quaid. Along with, George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Jennifer Garner, Debra Messing, Kerry Washington, Nathan Fillion, Jason Statham, Jennifer Lopez, Kristen Wiig, Jeremy Renner, Amanda Seyfried and Will Ferrell.

The 70th Golden Globes Awards air Sunday, Jan. 13 on NBC at 8:00pm EST.

These two are adults. They need to figure out their relationship on their own. I think they are probably made for each other, but he won’t ever get over her cheating. She is trying really hard right now to get him to forgive her, but she is going to get tired of licking his butt and move on eventually.

@ Lisa: I wholeheartedly agree. We SHOULD treasure our friendships and lovers. If they did not want to be together, they would split. Period. Rob once said he wanted more control over his career, and I took that to mean his personal life, as well. If they did not want to be a couple, they would split. No speculation, on HL or tabloids’ part, required.
They have ignored tabloid fodder ( a polite word, meaning “bull$hit” ) and naysayers. Even Rob;s own sisters, he has ignored. So that says something.

We are supposed to accept the absurd argument that RobSten should go to the Globes together because they have been having lots of kinky sex. Another stupid story. Maybe Kristen had been invited and all along and she planned to go. She just has not advertised it. She may have been invited to celebrate Jodie Foster’s award. They seem to be close friends. Maybe Rob had been invited but could not attend because of his schedule then recently he cleared a few days so now he can go. As their fan, I hope they would go together and have a great time, and Kristen would look beautiful in an elegant long dress.
