On the red carpet at the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards on January 10, the absolutely stunning Anne Hathaway spoke with HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY about her thoughts on whether she’ll ever record an album, following her incredible, and Oscar-nominated, performance in Les Miséables. You may be surprised with what she had to say!
Anne Hathaway Recording An Album?
When Anne sings, people take notice. So, when HollywoodLife.com caught up with the actress at the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards in Santa Monica January 10, she told us EXCLUSIVELY her thoughts on if she ever would consider recording an album. She was quick to tell us, “Thank you. I think you’re flattering me. I think my detector just went off. I have no plans to do that, but thank you!”
While that may disappoint some, with her Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress, and her win of the award of the same title at the Critics’ Choice Movie Awards, it shouldn’t be a surprise that she has a tremendous acting career to continue and most likely won’t have any time to tackle a singing career at the moment.
How Anne’s Preparing For This Weekend’s Golden Globes
What she will be able to tackle, however, is getting ready for Jan. 13′s Golden Globes. In the press room at the CCMAs, she told reporters her preparation techniques, saying, “The last time I was nominated, I went horseback riding in the morning. I don’t think I’ll do that this year, though. I don’t know. I’m not so often nominated that I have a ritual, but I’ll probably try to sleep, drink a lot of water, get some food in my system, chill out, play with my dog.”
So, while we may never get new music out of Anne, we will, for sure, get more amazing performances from her onscreen — and we can’t wait to see what she has up her sleeve!

YOU know we really used to like Anne Hathaway but shes become as big a TWAT as the one she flashed everyone several weeks back…WTH is wrong with her these days? So full of herself and why? Les Miserables finished filming months ago-gain some weight back and grow your hair out..you are a HOT MESS and have NO reason to believe all the hype surrounding you by your “yes” people. You have become the typical Holltywood snot and your acting has sufferened because of it…you really were pretty but mostly you were SOOOOO talented and you truly a HOT CONCEITED MESS NOW…good luck with THAT
