The ‘Smile’ singer and her husband Sam Cooper welcomed another daughter on Jan. 8! They are also parents to daughter Ethel Mary, 13 months. Congrats to the happy family!

Lily Allen is a mom — again! The 27-year-old English singer gave birth to another baby girl on Jan. 8, her second daughter with husband Sam Cooper!

The couple, who are already parents to 13-month-old Ethel Mary, named their bundle of joy Marnie Rose. Lily thanked her fans for all of their support the next day on Twitter.

“Quite overwhelmed by all the well wishing going on. THANKYOU everybody,” Lily tweeted on Jan. 9.

Lily Allen’s Second Pregnancy

Even though Lily never made an official announcement, a report surfaced last July. “It was a surprise, but Lily and Sam are thrilled,” the friend said of their pregnancy. “The pair of them have loved every minute of parenthood so far and wanted to expand their brood quickly.”

Lily’s rep declined to officially confirm her second pregnancy last summer, but the Smile singer’s huge baby bump at the British Fashion Awards in November spoke for itself!

Lily’s Painful Pregnancy Past

Lily welcomed her first child on Nov. 25, 2011, daughter Ethel Mary, after suffering two prior miscarriages. In 2008, Lily had a miscarriage at four months pregnant with musician Ed Simon’s baby, and then another miscarriage in November 2010 when she was six months pregnant.

Lily & Sam Tie The Knot

After her second miscarriage, Lily was finally pregnant again in June 2011 when she got married to her builder and decorator beau in a gorgeous Delphine Manivet.

We’re so happy they can have their fairytale with two precious girls!
