But now, generous Justin has been slapped with a lawsuit! The ex bodyguard, who was once a member of the Israeli army, is claiming Justin punched him in the chest multiple times! The Biebs is being sued by Moshe Benabou, who worked with him from March 2011 to October 2012. In the lawsuit, he claims Justin punched him in the chest multiple times during a disagreement and then verbally berated him.
It’s unclear how much he is suing for the assault, but he is looking for $420,000 in unpaid wages!
Sources Close To Justin Bieber Respond To Former Bodyguard’s Claims
Sources within Justin’s camp are telling TMZ that he is just a “disgruntled employee looking for money.” And the claim that Bieber hit him? “Absurd.”
They add that overall, the ex bodyguard is a “good guy,” but was fired because it was discovered he lied about his resume.
The Biebs & His Former Bodyguard: The Way They Were
As we first reported, an American Apparel employee told us Justin was really nice, “cool and sweet. He was in and out [of the store] quickly…He bought himself a couple of basic T-shirts, and he even bought his bodyguard a couple of shirts … He spent around $200.”
“He had a good personality, and he was funny. It was a pleasure helping him and his security,” she added.

Justin Should pay because he did something wrong and if you let him off the hook he will most likely do it again. anyways it’s not that much money to pay.
