You haven’t seen Alana and her family eat until you’ve seen them eat their Thanksgiving feast — in slow motion! Check out their meal of corn, mashed potatoes and Mountain Dew — what more could a family want?
It’s no secret Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson and her family love their Southern specialty dishes — and in the latest episode of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, the family devours their Thanksgiving meal outside! It’s so dramatic, the clip is set to slow motion and Beethoven’s Ode to Joy.
TLC had a “flock to unlock” campaign, where if enough fans tweeted about the show, they would “unlock” the special clip — and apparently enough fans did! Alana’s official Facebook page announced the good news on Jan. 10.
“Well y’all did it! Y’all unlocked our ‘flock to unlock’ clip,” the post read along with the teaser clip.
The episode, airing Jan. 13 on TLC, shows the whole gang enjoying their traditional Thanksgiving meal outside. There’s corn, there’s mashed potatoes, there’s Mountain Dew Code Red — a truly epic feast!
Honey Boo Boo’s Holiday Specials
In the previous episode, Honey Boo Boo and her family celebrated Halloween, and Mama June Shannon revealed her new blond makeover. She even donned a Marilyn Monroe costume for Halloween! The girls also make mama face her fears of mayonnaise, which stem from Mama June being forced bu her babysitter to eat mayo sandwiches morning, noon and night.
On Jan. 27, never-before seen clips of the show will air, and their Christmas special will be shown on Feb. 17!
