I don’t normally pay attention to awards ceremonies, but Ben Affleck gets my respect for poking fun at the people who choose the nominees for the Academy Awards. I noticed that movies that I think are great rarely ever are nominated for any awards. I have a feeling that I may like Affleck’s Argo so I’ve added it to my Blockbuster @Home queue. I noticed that it’s not on disc yet, but DISH’s Blockbuster @Home lets me add it to my queue anyway since they always have new releases when they come out. I used to have Netflix, but I got sick of waiting for them to improve their selection of new titles. Ever since I started working at DISH, I’ve been watching so many more movies that I feel like I could give away my own awards.
