Harry Styles & Taylor Swift: How They're Coping After Their Split

Taylor & Harry are both bravely putting on happy faces, stepping out in public for the first time since their nasty split.

Harry Styles and Taylor Swift have broken up after a blow-out fight in the Virgin Islands, and both seem to be relying on their friends since the split. While HollywoodLife.com exclusively revealed that Taylor was seen looking “visibly unhappy” leaving the island on a boat Jan. 4, Harry was seen looking deep in conversation while having dinner in Don Peppes restaurant in Queens, N.Y., on Jan. 6 — and we have all the EXCLUSIVE details of his visit. Since then, Taylor has been seen visiting a friend in California on Jan. 8. Were they both discussing what went down in their breakup?

Harry’s Dinner Date

Harry was seen eating at Don Peppes on Jan. 6, right before he flew home to London solo. Harry and Taylor broke up after a blow out fight during their vacation to the Virgin Gorda island, and while Taylor fled the island, Harry stayed to party with Richard Branson. He flew out of JFK Airport on Jan. 6, but not before a quick bite to eat with a friend.

Harry “appeared extremely chill throughout his meal, happily noshing on veal parmigiana, shrimp luciano over linguini, and his main course … a steaming pile of clams,” according to TMZ. It seems like Harry is taking the split a lot better than Taylor, as not only did he party with Richard, he has also been seen in London with a mystery blonde!

And we have all the EXCLUSIVE details about Harry’s dinner date with his male publicist. After Harry ate, he took a picture with the owners, and he was incredibly friendly. An onlooker tells us, “He came in to eat and [the staff] knew who he was and they were in shock! They said he was really nice and was really cool with taking pictures!”

How nice of Harry! But while he has been a man about town since the break up, Taylor has more reserved and is relying on friends, including her BFF Selena Gomez.

Taylor’s Relying On Her Girlfriends

Taylor was seen arriving at a friends house in Pacific Palisades, Calif., on Jan. 8, most likely to discuss her heartbreak. As previously reported by Hollywoodlife.com, Taylor has been relying on her best friend Selena, who has also recently become single. And Taylor told Selena all about how the break up was Harry’s fault!

“Taylor and Selena are definitely planning some girl nights,” the source revealed. “Taylor said Harry was a jerk, and said really mean things to her. Selena told her that they were better than those losers, so they can’t wait to have a bunch of girls over and dance it out!”

That sounds like the perfect thing to do after a tough split! It looks like Taylor is taking this split harder than Harry, so we can all expect a new album in the not too distant future.

Okay seriously, Harry and Taylor are both HUMAN BEINGS meaning that they’re not perfect, they make mistakes like us all and just live their lives. Let it go and let them do what they gotta do!

Im not dissing on either of them, they are both amazing, but cmon Taylor is saying he’s a jerk and calling them losers on top of the usual hate they get now that’s just rude. Its a break up, we normal people have them too ya know. For Harry, i read he tried to explain that doesn’t sound like being a jerk to me.

I think people are being mean to Taylor. She has every right to be sad about their breakup. Heck,I’m sad about it! I wouldn’t cry harder if I found out Harry and Ginny never got together!

How are they coping after the split!!!!! Are you kidding me!!! Their kids that hung out at christmas time since after newyears!!!! HOW ARE THEY COPING!!! Are their feelings worth more because their rich little bastards!!! NO, they aren’t.. If my 22 year old daughter just split up with her boyfriend after 2 weeks I would say SNAP OUT OF IT, YOU KNEW HIM FOR 2 WEEKS… But then a daughter of mine would never act so STUPID AND NAIVE!!!!!

I totally agree with you. Who cares about these rich brats and their infatuations. Oh no, now I’ll be called a ‘hater’. Taylor is an idiot for dating an 18 year old teen pop idol and thinking it would last forever. Same goes for her idiot friend Selena. Both think they can have any guy they want just by snapping their manicured fingers. Harry and Justin – run away while you can, get away from their BFF drama, and go have some real fun for a change.

How could he have been in that restaurant on Jan 6th when you posted a story and pictures of him still on vacation, then arriving at the airport in London on the 7th, and then with a “mystery” girl in North London on the 8th?? seriously, Hollywoodlife!
