Lindsay was partying in London over New Year’s Eve with her mom Dina and now her dad tells HollywoodLife.com that Dina is the reason why Lindsay’s career and life is at an all-time low. Read on for the shocking EXCLUSIVE interview.

Lindsay Lohan can blame all of her problems on her mom, according to her father Michael Lohan. We spoke to Michael just days after Lindsay was reportedly paid $100K to party with Prince Azim at his lavish New Year’s Eve bash in London. Michael tells us that Lindsay had no business partying in London since she’s battling drug and alcohol problems and that Dina is pressuring Lindsay to attend these types of “quick cash” events.

“Lindsay is Dina’s income,” Michael tells us. “It’s the blind leading the blind. Lindsay should absolutely not have gone, especially if she’s going to stay sober. I understand her need for money but now the IRS knows she’s made a 100K, there’s tax on that. Linds should get a restraining order against Dina, she is the worst influence on Lindsay’s life, more than anyone. She parties with Lindsay, broke up the family, and uses Lindsay financially.”

Lindsay is expected at court on Jan. 15 to face the charges that she lied to police about driving her Porsche when she got into an accident last summer. This would mean she violated her probation which stemmed from the alleged shoplifting incident and could send her back to jail.

“She should have gone to rehab to show the court she’s serious,” Michael says. “She might be in for a rude awakening. I pray she goes to rehab and doesn’t go to jail.”

When we asked Michael is Lindsay is still using drugs and drinking, this is what he told us: “Oh come on, of course she is! You just can’t stop drinking and using that much without going to rehab and detoxing. Her life and career are spiraling out of control. It’s the lowest point it’s been. She’s gotta go to rehab and resolve the differences and Dina has to come on board and stop using the kids.”
