Kanye West is putting Kris Humphries on notice and warning the basketball player not to try to claim his child once pregnant Kim Kardashian gives birth in June, HollywoodLife.com is EXCLUSIVELY reporting, even if Kris is still legally married to Kim.

“If that fool Kris even tried to pull some sh** like that, damn, Kanye would be hot as f**k and would probably go after his a** and I ain’t talking about in court, either,” a source connected with the prolific rap artist tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “That would be some foul…sh** for someone to even think about doing and I, for one, would hope and encourage Kris not to even try to pull some bullsh** like that.”

While Kris is still legally married, he screwed around with Myla. Doesn’t this make Myla and Kris just as bad? Or do you apply the double-standard yet again? Kim and Kanye both get bashed for their actions, yet I’ve noticed there is absolutely no insulting of Kris and Myla, when they did the same thing.

Kim and Kris are still married. New has it that Kayne West is JUST the sperm donor. It is now becoming more and more common for SPERM DONORS to be known. But in most countries SPERM donors DO NOT have Parental Rights!! So if Kris filed for custody in most European countries he would get JOINT CUSTODY automatically as long he is the LEGAL FATHER when the baby is born. The biological father is just the SPERM DONOR. Kayne West has no LEGAL grounds to get custody of a child born to someone who he cheated with. In most Islamic countries both he and even perhaps the mother would get the DEATH PENALTY. Kim would probably be spared if the Father, Kris, asked for mercy for her, and she agreed to stay married and BE a GOOD MUM. But Kayne, sorry dude. You s…./f… someone’s wife, and you get your just deserts. Also how do you think the Archangel Garbiel will deal with you when you threaten the husband of a woman with whom you cheated.
