If Kris Humphries wants to make Kim Kardashian‘s life a living hell, all he has to do is claim that her child is actually his and then the drama will hit the fan!
Kim has certainly got herself into a major predicament now that she is pregnant with Kanye West‘s baby, but still married to Kris. Celebrity family attorney Raoul Felder told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, “It is presumed by law that because Kim is married to Kris, that it is his baby,” says Felder. “The state has vested interest in not having bastards, so there is a presumption that he is the father. Kim will have to prove that he isn’t. However, he will likely also want to prove that it is not his child, or he will have to pay support.” Kim is now obviously freaked out about what could possibly happen in the months to come.
A source close to Kim tells HollywoodLife.com, “Kim was shocked when she found out that Kris could technically try to get custody. It sounds totally crazy! Why would he do that when it’s only going to make him look bad. But Kim wouldn’t put anything past Kris, all he cares about is hurting her, so of course she’s worried that he’ll do something to ruin the best moment of her life.” The insider adds, “It’s upsetting for her, but she’s still not going to give in. Kim’s a fighter and even though a lot of people think that Kim took advantage of Kris it was the other way around. She did love him and she gave him a hundred percent so there’s no way she’s going to turn around and say it was a fraud – that would be lying to the court.”

Don’t blame Kris H for her foolishness. The only one putting her child in danger is Kim herself. If her doctor told her to take it easy, as reported earlier, then that’s what she should have done instead of jet setting all over the world with Kanye and doing X-rated photo shots for a magazine. I don’t care how much you love someone and I believe Kim loved Kris . But. loving someone and trying to live with someone is very different. I tried to watch them together on that show he was very disrespectful to her and her family. He has the caveman thinking (YOUR MY WIFE YOU DO WHAT I TELL YOU) Women to day have to be strong. I would not have made it one week with this man. he was rude. I have been married for 30 years and if my husband acted like that, I WOULD BE SINGLE NOW. I remember on one episode Kris was telling his friend in the back seat of the SUV that he wanted a divorce. I don’t know why he just don’t move on, this marriage is being held up by him, not her, 14 months is stupid and no matter how much we hate her, she should not stop living her life.

No one will buy that. I’m nor racist, but Kim’s going to have a mixed-race baby because she’s white, and Kanye is black. How can Kris claim that the baby is his when it won’t even look like him?
And besides, everyone knows that he and Kim have been separated for a LONG time know, and haven’t done the deed. I’m not trying to be a Debbie Downer, but I just don’t see this working in Kris’s favor.

Kim has been with Kanye since March/April, depending on the source. She has been gone from Kris since last October, 14 months ago. What’s the big deal? Her and Kanye aren’t suppose to have sex, because Kris is stalling the divorce? If Kris were to have granted the divorce, Kim and Kanye would likely be married by now.

…Kim Kardashian is once again playing the poor me card-Kris Humphries is out to get me saga…it was Kim who pushed for the televised relationship, pushed for him to live in a better place, pushed him for the huge wedding and then files for divorce after 72 days. The whole family are publicy grabbers, every chance they get they have their faces in the camera. The built an empire off the back of the fathers/husbands celebrity with OJ. Not a good celebrity either. They are all money hungry, from the youngest to the oldest, the Jenners included. I don’t watch the show, but all I can say is go Kris Humphries get all you can out of them, you got taken by Kim. She used you for her own gains, the whole family did. Don’t give up, stick with the need for an annulment and not a divorce!

I doubt Kris would try and claim custody why would you want to have to pay support for a kid that’s not yours? Lol that Kim thinks Kris is trying to hurt her, she would know all about that considering she spent the 72 days of their marriage hurting him. I don’t get why she just doesn’t give in Kris is not going to go away he’s already proven that one. All that’s gonna happen is she will be fighting for divorce while heavily pregnant that’s not being a fighter that’s just being stupid. This “source” obviously needs to get her facts right. That’s the dumbest law ever. Seriously, Kim has been away from Kris for about 14 months now. Clearly, he’s not the father. It’s likely Kanye is. Kris needs to just move on with his life. Due to the prenup, he won’t get much if anything from Kim. Then again, if he leaves it alone, his 15 minutes are up, and he knows it. Back to being a mediocre ball player.

Kim’s actually done a lot for charity over the last five years. Research her work with the Dream Foundation, for instance. What are they supposed to do, give it all away? Compared to celebrities as a whole, I’ll bet the Kardashian family has done more for the money they’ve earned. At least more than the majority have. Plenty of celebs who don’t give any.
