Kanye West announced he was having a baby with Kim Kardashian on Dec. 30. and Kim has started the new year hitting the gym! She announced on her blog on Jan. 3 that she is revving things up and working with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson. Do you think she’s staying fit to cash in on her pregnant body?

Kim wouldn’t be the first pregnant star to shed her clothes for a magazine cover. Britney Spears was on Harper’s Bazaar, Demi Moore did it on Vanity Fair and Jessica Simpson did it for Elle.

Kim wrote on her official blog on Jan. 3: “Tracy Anderson is keeping me in shape! She is helping me make the adjustments necessary to keep me feeling happy, healthy and most importantly create a workout plan that is safe for the baby. It’s really important for me to have a fitness routine that works for my body and my schedule and I’m really happy with the workout plan Tracy is working with me on. Xo”

Tracy has worked with stars like Gwyneth Paltrow and helped Kim’s sister Kourtney Kardashian shed 44 pounds of baby weight in just six month after she gave birth to daughter Penelope.

Of course she will do a baby bump cover, why wouldn’t she? many other celebs have done it in the past so why are you all acting like this is new? so does that mean that Jessica Simpson and all the other pregnant women before her that did naked baby bump pics were bad people? you people are such hypocrites. Tori spelling, Jessica Simpson, Demi Moore to name a few all did baby bump pics and they all sold the first pic to a publication so I guess they were all selling their babies as well. You people are funny.

I’m with you Mary. These people hold Kim to a different standard than other celebs. In my opinion, she’s doing it mainly to keep in shape, partly for her own career, partly for the sake of the baby. This would show she actually cares for the baby, and will likely be a good mother. On top of that, she can make some money at the same time, posing for a magazine. She’s got a great body. Nothing wrong with that. If only people would hold Kim to the same standards they hold every one, the hatred against her would be much less.
