Kanye West needs to ensure that his baby is “legally” his, and this is no joke, explains celebrity divorce attorney, Vikki Ziegler. Kim is still married to Kris Humphries!

When Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were romantically babymaking in Rome this past Oct, 2012, they no doubt gave not a moment’s thought to Kim’s estranged ex, Kris Humphries.

Well, that has to change, according to leading divorce attorney, Vikki Ziegler. She warns the happy parents-to-be that unless they make some fast legal moves, even before their baby is born, then Kris Humphries will legally be “presumed” to be the father of Kim’s baby, as long as he is still married to her when their baby is born, explains Vikki.

Vikki Ziegler urges Kim and Kanye to take this situation very seriously if they don’t want to potentially end up with any custody issues with Kris!

Kris care less about a little demon about be born so let that drama family sign the paper

I really don’t think Kris will try for custody of Kim’s baby. That’s just asking for more problems. Kim and Kris need to settle this. Now that there is a child about to be mixed in this drama, she really needs to go above and beyond doing whatever needs to be done to finalize things. Unlike a lot of people, I have no sympathy for Kris. What did you really expect marrying someone like Kim after only months of dating? Move on.

Kris need to do whatever he has to do to protect himself from Kim and Kanye.

I’m sure he doesn’t want the baby (Kris), but he may go into a custudy battle of sorts just to get back at Kim for the whole “sham of a marriage” thing.

I think it is more of a legal issue these guys need to take seriously, because it could become a legal issue with unforeseen consequences if not handled correctly. It is confusing law and can confuse those people that even work within the paternity and Juvenile Court system.
