While Radar Online first reported that Kim and Kris’ divorce court date was set for February 15, it’s now going to be pushed back to June — the same month Kim is due to give birth! Furthermore, Kris won’t even talk about or acknowledge Kim’s baby news.

A source VERY close to Kris tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, ”Kris won’t talk about Kim’s pregnancy. [Kris' girlfriend] Myla [Sinanaj] hasn’t asked about it and he hasn’t mentioned anything about it. They talk about everything, but they don’t talk about Kim — Kris never wants to. It’s negative s**t, so they keep positive and only talk about everyday life, not Kim. Kris has to hear about it on Twitter, everytime he’s out, at basketball games — people yelling in the crowd. He can’t go to an event without Kim being mentioned, so it’s always in his face. When it’s just Kris and Myla, that’s like real life — away from the bulls**t, where he can just be him.”

Kim filed for divorce from Kris on Oct. 31, 2011 — 72 days after they said “I do.” Due to disagreements over the marriage and how it should end, Kim and Kris have been in a divorce standstill for over a year. This could end up being the longest ongoing divorce in Hollywood history!

“The divorce court date got pushed back to June from February. Kris is in season, so he can’t take off now. I think Kim is probably going to give birth in June if she’s three months along right now, so I’m sure it will be pushed back again — it’s the ongoing saga. It’s not about money for Kris. Kim has offered him money, but Kris wants an apology and for her to admit she used him for TV ratings. She’ll never do that, though, because it will ruin her ‘brand’. Darling, He was scammed by Kim Kardashian and mother, what is the best to do if she really needs to move on is apologize and accept the annulment Kris wants. Myla is NOTpregnant. The marraige WAS a fraud and if Kim really wants to move on with her life, she needs to admit this AND return the ring. What does she want with the ring anyway? She’s just making it worse for herself and Kanye. If a sex tape can rocket her to stardom, giving Kris the annulment and admitting fraud isn’t going to do one thing negative to her ‘brand’. Didn’t the ring cost $2 million? That’s probably why she’s keeping it, you think? Kim has a right to keep it. Unless the courts ignore the prenup, which would make a mockery of the agreement in the first place, Kim’s keeping it.
