One hot mama! After giving birth to her second son Kash Kade on Sept. 1, 2012, Kim is already back to her fit figure! She credits breast feeding and a healthy diet — read on to find out how to dropped the pounds!
Kim Zolciak, former star of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, is a proud mom of four, and just welcomed her second son Kash Kade with husband Kroy Biermann in September of 2012. And four months later, she’s already dropped 30 pounds — and she looks amazing!
“I’ve lost 30 pounds,” she told Life & Style magazine. “I’m only 5 to 8 pounds above my weight before I got pregnant.”
Kim gives major credit to mother nature for helping her shed the pounds — breastfeeding.
“I think breast-feeding helped me lose some weight, and I was really busy as soon as I got home with Kash. I went straight into filming my spin-off show, Don’t Be Tardy, and I’m sure that helped. I just never sat still!”
Kim Watches What She Eats — No Red Meat
There’s no doubt the busy mom’s hectic lifestyle helped keep her in shape, but she also watches what she puts in her mouth.
“I don’t eat red meat or pork or much dairy, and I always eat in moderation,” she revealed to the magazine.
Getting Ready To Hit The Gym
But as she displayed on her Bravo reality shows, RHOA and Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding, she isn’t a fan of working out — but she knows she has to make that a part of her new lifestyle.
“I’m accepting that I’m going to have to hit the gym — my girls (Brielle, 15, and Arianna, 11) laugh and say there’s no chance, but I really think I’m going to have to,” she said.
But even though Kim isn’t on RHOA anymore, her life as a busy mommy will play out on her spinoff reality show — and we can’t wait to watch!
