She sings, she dances, she acts … and she looks totally adorable on the February 2013 cover of ‘Cosmopolitan.’ What do YOU think of this sweet and simple style? Sound off!

Julianne Hough, 24, pulls off fresh-faced makeup styles as breezily and effortlessly as she does vampy red carpet looks.  Julianne’s short, shaggy hair style is on display for this cover look. Julianne skipped the heavy makeup for this cover shoot, and let her natural beauty radiate! Rosy lip balm and a touch of mascara put the focus on her pretty features rather than going crazy with trends. Her flawless complexion and knowing smile are the real stars here!

Her combination of sexiness and innocence works for her now, but it happened out of necessity. Getting started in dancing so young led Julianne to develop a super sexy exterior persona way before her time. “I was 10 years old looking like I was 28, being a very sensual dancer,” she told Cosmo in her cover feature interview. “I was a tormented little kid who had to put on this sexy facade because that was my job and my life. But my heart was the same, and I was this innocent little girl. I wanted so much love.” She told the mag that this tension got worse “when I started hitting puberty, when I started becoming a woman and stopped being a little girl.” Julianne is now coming into her own, and looks age-appropriate and wonderful!
