This past year, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson spent plenty of time in New York City, so much so that they want to have their very own home in the city. Could this be a clue that their relationship is getting even more serious in 2013?
A friend of Kristen’s tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Both Rob and Kristen love NYC and want to get a place of their own there. They will start looking in the new year. They are both going to be super busy filming, especially Rob, but this is something they have been wanting to do but just haven’t found the time.”
“They are excited to have some roots in the city, most likely in the downtown area, like the East or West Village,” said the friend.
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, both Rob and Kristen were last spotted taking the subway together in London. One lucky fan, Amber Johnson, even saw them on the tube and tweeted, “Just sat next to Robert Pattinson and [Kristen] Stewart on the tube oh my god.” Perhaps they are eager to just be as normal as possible and will even take the subway when they are in NYC.

Oh Please! Here we go again with the false reporting. You have already said they were looking for a home in the UK where they could have privacy. Then they were looking for a home down under so they could be together when Rob is filming and now they are in NY. Please stop reporting nonsense. She just bought a home in LA so I don’t think she wants to pull up roots for NY. I really don’t think a friend would let out their plans even if they knew for sure what they were. Bonnie please stop using them to spread rumors and gossip. Now I know why Robert said reading gossip mags make people stupid and they know nothing about what is really happening in Rob and Kristen’s life. You seem to switch your story and attitude towards them on a weekly basis. Anyone who would believe this is not very smart.

You just reported Rob was taking until February to decide if he was in or out of the relationship. Now you are reporting they are looking at buying a property in NY. Which one is it? You are not looking good with such conflicting reports.

Do you really believe this story? Also, there have been stories where Rob’s were quoted saying things,but you can’t believe those stories either. Don’t believe everything from this site. HL usually don’t print all of the quotes.

Think you are a bit out of touch when R and K left London they travelled to I of Wight via Portsmouth and the ferry and were seen cuddling one another openly no paps about and being themselves.Good luck to them .Should have bought a place in NYC months ago where they seem to be able to walk about without the attention of LA.Seeing as Rob is supposed to be in Aus by 8th Jan when is he going to find time to do this or is he leaving it up to Kristen to sort out it will give her something to do if she is not going with him.Cant see either of them being even a month apart let alone three they seem closer than ever together.Regards his sisters I’m sure he will make up his own mind presume ably they don’t still live with their parents so visits can be made by both R and K together when they re not around so if story is actually true it doesn’t have to be a break with his family.Rob is not baby brother any more he has to experience life for himself and take the knocks that come that’s called living.So I am sure Rob and Kristen have made a joint decision as to what’s happening in 2013 so you never know the engagement,marriage ,baby might all be the way to go in 2013.so happy New year to all and let R and K have one too ,they deserve it.

Funny, Rob had the whole year of 2012 off (no filming) and now that he will be working throughout 2013 (pretty much non stop) he decides to look for a home in NYC? I would love to see him living in NY, as LA seems to be too evasive for him with the papps following him pretty much 24/7. I am still not convinced that he is as much into their relationship as he once was, prior to July, and I hope he takes his time before committing to Kristen. She is still young and needs to live a single life a little longer to be sure Rob is truly the one. I want to see them both happy. If together makes them both happy then go for it, but if there are any doubts, I hope they will be honest with each other and take their time.
