Less than an hour before his death, the photographer following Justin Beiber’s Ferarri on Jan. 1 made a call claiming Justin was smoking pot while driving.
Photographer Chris Guerra was killed by an on-coming vehicle Jan. 1 while chasing Justin Bieber‘s Ferarri in L.A., and although Justin was not inside the vehicle at the time of the accident, the photographer made a call to his freelance photography agency alleging that he saw Justin smoking pot while driving his car.
A source from the agency told TMZ that Chris called at 5:16 p.m., saying, “Man, you won’t believe my luck. It’s pretty dead in L.A. Everybody thinks Justin and Selena are in Mexico, but they’re not.”
The photographer, whose job was exclusively to follow Justin, told the agency that earlier that day he witnessed the pop star smoking from a pipe while driving the car.
Chris followed the car back to LA’s Four Seasons Hotel, where Justin had been earlier that day, to monitor what he believed would be a major story. After the car pulled out of the Four Seasons about 20 minutes later, the photographer hung up the phone with the agency so he could follow the car.
The source believes Chris was ”overzealous” because of the potential story he was about to break.
After the Ferrari was pulled over on the 405 highway, the photographer parked his car and got out to snap some photos. On his way back to his car, the photographer was hit by an oncoming vehicle and was killed.

People he was acused by the paparazzi who got kill of smoking pot. I think that paparazzi was on it because How do you not recongnize Lillte twits over Justin Bieber they are to different skin color. plus hair styles is different and normal paparazzi would of see if that it wasn’t Justin bieber that why they was no other paparazzi chasing him expect this one.
Honestly, Justin had nothing to do with the death of that pap. And I really don’t believe that he smokes pot. He wouldn’t do something that stupid. Think about it. I hate to say this I think that paparazzi all thou young he may have started to smoke pot look at one of the picture. I seen that look on my older brother who use to do pot and He has I am taking about another pic on another stories look at it. the Paparazzi who got kill.
Well, honestly, I think it’s peer pressure. He couldn’t have done that on his own.

Why would he smoke pot, when he strongly believes in God, and has seen how bad the effects are on other people, and he has vowed that his music shall never had swearing in it, therefore why would he smoke pot when he wants to ensure he is a good role model?

You know what I feel sorry for the man who got killed when he was chasing Justi Bieber cars. or shoulf I say he thought it was Justin car. And he has the nerve to say that Justin was smoking pot. How in the world did he know it was pot was he in the car with Justin Hell no he wasn’t and he wasn’t even close enough to the car he was to busy talking on the phone when there is a law out there telling everyone not to talk on the cell phone while driving.
