I don’t mean to perpetuate the acceptance of necrophilia, but there were so many sexy dead people in 2012. Between The Vampire Diaries, True Blood and that little movie Breaking Dawn Part 2, you couldn’t turn your head this year without laying eyes on a gorgeous member of Hollywood’s growing undead population. Robert Pattinson‘s Edward Cullen nabbed the title of Hottest Male Vampire with 59 percent of the votes, while Nina Dobrev‘s newly turned Elena Gilbert was named Hottest Female Vampire with 40 percent.
Objectively, I really do think both vampires deserve their respective wins. Not only did Edward absolutely wreck his new bride in Breaking Dawn Part 2, but we also got to see a whole new (and much sexier) side of Elena on The Vampire Diaries now that she officially made the transition to vampire.

Edward and Elena may have emerged victorious, but their victories were hardly effortless. Both fanged fatales faced fierce competition from their fellow undead hotties.
As you might expect, Edward’s toughest competitor was Ian Somerhalder‘s Damon Salvatore, but even Mystic Falls’ most smolder-y smolder-er couldn’t hold a candle to ol’ Eddie. Damon came in second place with 30 percent of the votes, while The Vampire Diaries‘ villainous hybrid Klaus (Joseph Morgan) squeaked out a modest 3 percent to earn him third place.
As for the ladies, Elena narrowly bested Kristen Stewart‘s Bella Cullen, who came in second place with 32 percent of your votes. In at No. 3 was Nina Dobrev’s other undead character, Katherine Pierce, with 10 percent.
Congrats to the winners, and really, to every vampire nominated this year. You’re all sexy. Never change.

Yes over Nina and Ian I’d say robsten but over robsten I’d say Rosalie (Nikki Reed) and Emmett (kelan lutz) they are tgr hottest vampire couple. But still 100% robsten over Nina and Ian
