Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are not only young, attractive and successful, they are also some of the most valuable actors in the business, as they generate so much money for the box office. According to a new list complied by Forbes, for every $1 Kristen makes, the box office makes $40.60. And for every $1 Rob makes, the box office gets $31.70. Let’s hope Rob isn’t the jealous type!

Rob and Kristen both make a lot of money, but not as much money as they generate! Kristen is listed as the second most profitable actress on Forbes‘ “Hollywood’s Best Actors For The Buck“ list, while Rob came fourth. While they both made a lot of money for Twilight, Kristen is more profitable due to her success in Snow White and the Huntsman. Their Twilight co-star Taylor Lautner came sixth on the list, as he returns $29.50 for every $1 he earns.

The list explains, “All three of the actors were paid the same for the final Twilight movies. The differences in their return numbers comes from their other projects. This year [Kristen] Stewart had Snow White and the Huntsman which turned a nice profit, grossing $400 million on an estimated budget of $170 million.”

Great work Kristen! And it seems that she is in a highly unusual situation:

“[Kristen] Stewart is in the unusual situation of ranking high on this list and topping our Highest-Earning Actress list. Usually, if an actor is earning more than anyone else in Hollywood, it’s hard for him or her to be considered a bankable investment. That high salary means the films have to do spectacularly to offer profitable returns to the studios.”

And the most profitable actor is: Natalie Portman! Natalie returns $42.70 for every $1 she earns, due to the success of Black Swan. How great that Natalie and Kristen are doing better than any of the boys!
