Are Khloe and Lamar in trouble? ‘X Factor’ judge Simon has revealed that Lamar has never been to see Khloe on the set.
Khloe Kardashian is a very dedicated wife, as on several occasions she has rushed from hosting live shows of The X Factor to the L.A. Staples Center to watch her husband Lamar Odom play basketball for the L.A. Clippers. However, Lamar is a less than perfect husband, as X Factor judge Simon Cowell has revealed that he never visited Khloe on the set. Khloe has been famously supportive of Lamar during his basketball struggles, so why is he not trying to support her?
Simon’s Revelation
Simon was speaking with his good friend Ryan Seacrest on On Air With Ryan Seacrest when he dropped the bomb about Lamar’s absence. Ryan, who is also very good friends with the Kardashian family, asked Simon if Lamar had ever been to the show to see Khloe. Simon teased and said “Which one is she?… Well, there’s so many,” referring to the fact that there are so many Kardashian sisters.
He then said that loaded words “Then the answer to that question is no, Lamar hasn’t.” Why wouldn’t Lamar visit Khloe on The X Factor set?
Lamar’s Reasoning
Earlier this month Lamar told InTouch that he has not been to see Khloe because he didn’t have time: “I haven’t [visited] because of my schedule with basketball and the games and things, but…um, I will yeah.” That sounds like a pretty vague excuse.
As previously reported by HollywoodLife.com, Lamar is not sold on the idea on doing another series of Khloe & Lamar, their E! reality show. Perhaps Lamar’s reluctance to sign on is causing tension between them, and that is why Lamar has not shown up the studio.
Our source revealed that “Lamar is absolutely opposed to the whole idea. First of all, he blames Khloe & Lamar for ruining his basketball career and is just grateful that he has a second chance with the Los Angeles Clippers. He is in no way going to sacrifice his career for some reality show.”
