Jessica’s letting the cat out of the Christmas bag — she will soon be the proud mom of two! The ‘Fashion Star’ judge finally confirmed the good news to friends and family at a holiday party that she’s expecting her second child!
Jessica Simpson has been covering up her midsection for nearly a month now, hiding behind baggy sweaters and wedding bouquets after news broke that she’s already pregnant with her second child right as she met her goal weight with Weight Watchers. But according to a new report, Jessica has finally started telling her inner circle the good news!
A family friend told Celebuzz that during her dad Joe Simpson’s annual Christmas party, Jessica finally revealed her not-so-hidden secret.
“As Jessica and her [fiance] were about to leave the party somebody asked her, ‘How’s the baby?’ and she boasted, ‘Which one?! I’m pregnant again!’” the insider said. “She was so happy, smiling and giggling.”
The party, which hosted only around 50 people at Joe’s Santa Monica mansion, is Joe’s annual soiree where he shows off the talent on his music label. But Jessica and her fiance Eric Johnson couldn’t stay for long — the source said they dashed off in a hurry to meet her mom Tina, who filed for divorce from Joe in October.
Just a few days later, Jess put her growing bump on full display at BFF CaCee Cobb‘s wedding in a tight black bridesmaid’s gown. She even indulged on her favorite comfort foods, a source told Star magazine.
