Prior to Jef and Emily’s reunion, they had a blowout fight over Jef’s fling with Katianna. Mainly, because he hooked up with Emily two nights before his Zoo date with Katianna. So scandalous!
Jef Holm is no stranger to love triangles, as he was on the wrong side of one during his time on The Bachelorette. And now he has just escaped another one! As previously reported by HollywoodLife.com, Jef and Emily Maynard have gotten back together, as they were seen on several dates in Charlotte, N.C. and they partook in some hand holding at the mall. But just two weeks ago it was a totally different story. Two nights before Jef was seen taking Katianna Bear on a date to the San Diego Zoo, he reportedly hooked up with Emily!
JEF AND EMILY’S FIGHT
Jef took Katianna on the date to the San Diego Zoo on Dec. 1, which was the same day that Emily attended the Bachelorette wedding of J.P. Rosenbaum and Ashley Herbert in Pasadena. Jef and Katianna had a brief romance after he and Emily broke up in October, but she seems to have disappeared since and Jef and Emily were first seen reunited on Dec. 11.
However, their road to reunion was less than smooth, as a new report reveals that they hooked up on Nov. 29, two nights before the wedding. And Emily was not happy when she saw that Jef and Katianna spent the day together while she was at the wedding solo.
“Emily was in LA for the wedding and Jef was in town, too — although no one was sure exactly why,” a source tells Wetpaint. “Two nights before Ashley and J.P.’s wedding, he hooked up with Emily at her hotel.”
Jef did not stay with Emily that night, and “the next morning, he picked Katianna up at the Los Angeles airport,” the source adds. How slimy! Both Jef and Katianna posted pictures of their date on Instagram, and the source reveals that “once Emily saw that he was with Katianna – only a day after hooking up with her — she was disgusted.”
As she should be! She let Jef know her true feelings, and it took a dark turn. “Emily and Jef started fighting over text and it got really vicious. They both have dirt on each other stored in their phones and they weren’t shy about reminding each other about it.”
THEIR CURRENT RELATIONSHIP STATUS
Shockingly, Jef and Emily have managed to move on from this situation, as Emily has forgiven Jef for his actions. But why? “No one knows,” the source says. “I think Emily is still hung up on him.”
Jef, at least, has had an attitude change, as he tweeted “People say I’ve changed. Ya, I have, i’ve learned a lot, grown up a lot, & i’m trying everyday to be a better person than the day before,” on Dec. 18.
As previously reported by HollywoodLife.com, Jef and Emily are back together, as apparently: “It’s a classic case of they can’t live with each other, they can’t live without each other.”
It will be interesting to see how this pans out!
