The singer’s spidery long lashes at ‘VH1 Divas’ 2012 on December 16 in Los Angeles, California were definitely fit for a diva! Here’s how you can score her plush lash volume & makeup look straight from Miley’s makeup artist!

Miley Cyrus, 20, brought all the drama to her eyes by playing up her stunning fluttery lashes. Steal her sassy style with our easy tips!

Makeup artist Denika Bedrossian created Miley’s look. “Miley performed the Billy Idol tribute, so I wanted to keep the smokey rocker look,” says Denika. She started with Armani foundation slightly buffed into the skin, followed by Tarte Park Avenue Princess Bronzer. A slight cheek using using Armani blush in 10.

Her eyes have Tarte Skinny Smolder eyes in Onyx on the base of the lash line, MAC eyeshadow in Smut blended over and slightly smoked up to the crease and a slight dusting of MAC gold pigment over the tear ducts

On her lips, Denika used MAC lipstick in Shy Girl with Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream for moisture.

For fierce fringe like Miley’s, try out a multitasking mascara like Tarte Lights Camera Lashes! Mascara. This mascara is actually a 4-in-1 blend. Since it curls, conditions, lengthens, and volumizes lashes all in one swipe, you don’t have to labor over getting your lashes perfect! As a plus, this amazing formula can even be called the “push-up bra for lashes!”

To score mega long lashes, apply your mascara evenly starting at the base of your lashes and wiggling it up to the tips. This will separate them so that you can coat each individual lash with jet black pigment for a truly standout style. Angling the brush outward toward the corners of your eyes will give you Miley’s fierce cat eye effect — which can later be accentuated by a sleek swipe of winged liquid eyeliner!

Do not wait until your first coats of mascara have completely dried before you go in for round two. Starting coat two on still-glistening lashes ensures that you can build up the volume quickly and without struggle.

For added drama, turn the tiny brush sideways to grab on to each of your lower lashes and lightly coat them. This gives you a super polished lash look. Miley’s lower lashes are almost as long as her top lashes!
