Kristen is one of the sweetest actresses ever! Not only did she attend the 12-12-12 concert to benefit the victims of Hurricane Sandy, but she donated her Zuhair Murad dress from the ‘Breaking Dawn Part 2’ premiere to the Robin Hood Foundation to further aid those affected by the hurricane.
Kristen Stewart is seriously the coolest actress ever — she donated her beautiful nude Zuhair Murad dress for auction in order to benefit victims of Hurricane Sandy. Kristen appeared at Madison Square Garden on Dec. 12 for the 12-12-12 benefit concert to encourage her fans to donate money to the people in need, and now she is taking her charitable actions a step further by donating her designer dress.
Details of the Auction
The normally dressed down Kristen turned heads when she arrived at the Breaking Dawn:Part 2 premiere in LA on Nov. 12 in the strapless gown, which has boning and sheer panelling. Now, in a really generous move, Kristen autographed the dress and donated it to the Robin Hood Foundation, where it will go up for auction, reports CharityBuzz.
Fans can bid for the dress, but it won’t come cheap! The minimum bid must be $2000.00 and the auction closes on Dec. 20.
Kristen’s involvement in the Charity
Kristen played an active role in raising money for victims of the hurricane, as she spoke about the devastating effects it had on the state of New Jersey, before introducing Jon Bon Jovi at the 12-12-12 concert.
Here at HollywoodLife.com, we are so impressed that Kristen is donating such a special dress to help others. It really is such a kind and generous act.
What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Are you impressed that Kristen made this donation?
