The ‘Fashion Police’ fashionista showed off a voluminous retro ponytail at ‘VH1 Divas’ 2012 on December 16 in Los Angeles, California. Do you think this look is HOT or NOT? Vote below!

This ‘do is far from your simple ponytail! Kelly Osbourne, 28, can pull off sky-high hairdos that the rest of us can barely even imagine and no matter how crazy the style, she still looks adorably stylish!

This 1950s inspired retro ponytail, complete with a black satin ribbon, picks up an added edge from Kelly’s dusty lavender locks. Her teased crown and severe side part can not even be outdone by her dramatic winged eyeliner and plush lashes. We love that she has packed so much into a relatively simple style — and truly made it her own!

Glamour magazine asked Kelly about her “new trademark lavender” style, and her mother, Sharon Osbourne‘s reaction to the pastel shade. Kelly says “she wishes I would go back to blond. She’ll call me, really serious, and say, ‘I think it’s time for a change.’ I’m like, ‘Mom, you have hair the color of a fire engine.’”

So, would Kelly be interested in switching up her color to match her mom’s fiery hue? “I would look like her mini- me. I tried red once, and I looked like a carrot,” she says. We’ll that that as a no. As for other shades, Kelly explains, “I also wouldn’t go too brown, because then I would look like my father. But I’ve tried green, blue, purple, black. The lavender I really like.”
