Kate Middleton Shows Baby Bump For First Time During Public Appearance

Pregnant Kate must be feeling better! The Duchess of Cambridge attended a BBC sports awards show on Dec. 16, where she showed off her baby bump for the very first time! It also marked her first appearance since her three-day stay at the hospital for morning sickness.

Kate Middleton has just been out of King Edward VII hospital for a few days, but she already made her first public appearance — she attended BBC’s Sports Personality of the Year Awards in London on Dec. 16 as a presenter!

Kate was hospitalized on Dec. 3 for Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a condition described as “morning sickness times a thousand,” when she was just 12 weeks along in her pregnancy.

On Dec. 6, Kate was released from the hospital, and she and her husband Prince William emerged smiling and waving to well-wishers — and Kate looked flawless as always.

Presenting At The BBC Sports Personality Awards

The Duchess of Cambridge presented two awards at the BBC sports event, including the main sports personality of the year award.

The awards ceremony was held at one of the Olympic venues in South London, and is one of several sports events the Duchess attended in 2012. She and William were both ambassadors to the British Olympic and Paralympic teams during the London Olympics in the summer, and were familiar faces at many of the events.

“The Duchess of Cambridge will tonight attend the BBC’s Sports Personality of the Year Awards at the ExCeL London, where Her Royal Highness will present the Lifetime Achievement and the main Sports Personality of the Year Awards. The Duchess will attend the event in response to a longstanding invitation from the BBC,” the St. James’ Palace Spokesperson told People in a statement before the show.

Umm….hollywoodlife….that’s called a SHADOW…

You can’t show off a baby bump when you’re not even 12 weeks pregnant because you don’t have one. Especially if you were underweight to begin with AND it’s your first pregnancy. Her bump isn’t invisible because of the shape of the dress. It’s invisible because it doesn’t exist yet. She probably won’t have a decent bump until at least 5 months.

She’s pregnant with twins, she will start showing a lot earlier than a normal single baby pregnancy. Its called a brain

imho , she looks normal , ntohing cute about this pic because that dress does not flatter her “shape” much less allows the baby bump to be really seen . but im glad she is outta the hospital and i hope she does well :) so taht she can truly enjoy her pregnancy , after all , is only several months while she will have lots and lots of years to hold her child :)
