K-Stew dazzled in fresh pastel cheeks and smoky eye makeup for her ‘On The Road’ premiere on December 13 in New York City. Here’s her exact makeup breakdown — straight from her Chanel makeup artist.
Kristen Stewart, 22, looked stunning in retro-inspired makeup for her big premiere night! “For the NYC premiere of On the Road, I wanted to create a sexy cat eye that was a bit 60s and modernize it with a sheer soft pink lip,” says Kristen’s makeup artist Beau Nelson. “I wanted her to look cool but not too ‘done.'”
Kristen Stewart’s “On The Road’ premiere makeup breakdown
Here’s the process that Celebrity Makeup Artist Beau Nelson used to create Kristen’s flawless makeup look:
“I started by using Chanel Perfection Lumiere Long-Wear Flawless Fluid Makeup SPF 15 for a flawless skin effect. I then used translucent finishing powder before contouring the face with Chanel Powder Blush in Notorious under the cheekbones and along the jawline to give the face strength and shape.
On the cheeks, I used Chanel Powder Blush in In Love and applied it slightly underneath the cheekbones gently towards the hairline.
On the eye, I used the shimmery light beige from Chanel Quadra Eye Shadow in Spices and then applied Chanel Le Crayon Khol Intense Eye Pencil in Noir inside the rim of the eyes. I then applied Chanel Automatic Liquid Eye Liner in Noir, winging it out at the outer edge of the eye.
I applied two coats of Chanel Inimitable Mascara in Noir to top lashes, taking care to brush the lashes slightly outward to make the eye even more feline.
I lined the lips with Chanel Precision Lip Definer in Pink Sugar and blended well before applying Chanel Rouge Coco Shine Hydrating Sheer Lipshine in Parfait with a brush. I patted it in with my finger to make sure it looked lived in.”
