All good things must come to an end, including Harry and Taylor’s romantic getaway to the English countryside, as Harry took Taylor to the airport on Dec. 14. But not before he took her to lunch for a romantic birthday date, and we have all the EXCLUSIVE details!
Harry Styles and Taylor Swift‘s romantic birthday getaway is over, as Harry was seen driving Taylor to Manchester airport on Dec. 14, so she could catch a flight to Germany. The lovebirds went on a romantic getaway to the Lake District of Northern England, and afterwards they traveled to Cheshire to celebrate Taylor’s 23rd birthday, where Harry took Taylor out for lunch to the George & Dragon pub. And that’s not the only place where they went while in the UK, as Taylor was also seen in Harry’s hometown of Holmes Chapel, where she met his mom!
Taylor’s Romantic Birthday
Taylor and Harry have been together in England for nearly a week! Taylor flew Harry from New York to the UK in her private jet on Dec. 8, and after One Direction‘s performance on The X Factor UK on Dec. 9, the cute couple went north for some privacy. The lovebirds were seen doing many fun activities, including feeding swans, shopping for souvenirs and eating dinner in a pub.
For Taylor’s 23rd birthday, Harry spoiled her by getting her 23 cupcakes. And things are getting serious between the pair! As previously reported by HollywoodLife.com, a friend of Taylor’s said that they it could be love. “Taylor and Harry are totally falling in love,” says the source. “At first, she just wanted…him because he’s hot. But now they’re being cutesy together. She totally sees a future, not like with John Mayer.”
Their Vacation Continued
On Dec. 13, Harry and Taylor were seen visiting the George & Dragon pub in the village of Great Budworth, which is just a 20 minute drive from Harry’s home town in Cheshire. Harry took her for a birthday lunch there, and then for a quaint drive through the countryside, reports E!.
We have learned exclusively that Harry took Taylor to this particular pub, because it is one of his local jaunts. A local villager tells us that “Harry is a regular here. He grew up in the area so he’s always around.” It’s so sweet that Harry wants to show Taylor around his neighborhood!
And there was no romantic night for them in a hotel that night – instead they stayed with Harry’s mom! Wow, it looks like things are really getting serious if she is meeting his parents.
Sadly, this trip has come to an end as Taylor must go to Germany for work commitments. But Christmas is only around the corner, so what will Harry get her this time? 23 candy canes perhaps!
