With Kristen’s nerves, on top of her wardrobe, it appeared as though the ‘Twilight’ actress was getting ready to run for it! Do you love Kristen’s outfit? Vote!
Kristen Stewart weathered her own storm earlier this year when she cheated on Robert Pattinson, but on Dec. 12, the usually nervous actress appeared at Madison Square Garden’s 12-12-12 concert to raise awareness for those who suffered in Hurricane Sandy. As always, it was Kristen’s ensemble that caught our attention!
Kristen, 22, wore a neon short suit from Jonathan Simkhai’s Pre 2013 Spring Collection that looked more appropriate for the gym than a benefit concert.
During her appearance, Kristen delivered a sweet speech, talked of the destruction in Hoboken, and mentioned how damages accumulated to $37 billion, but pointed out that it’s hard to put human faces to such numbers.
The actress received cheers when she said, “But then Jersey Strong is not measured in numbers.”
When the crowd cheered her on, Kristen lit up and smiled to the audience. She then passed the night off to a video of Jon Bon Jovi visiting the most devastated areas of his homestate.
While we loved Kristen’s appearance at the concert, we can’t help but question her fashion choice. Lately, the actress has been setting precedents on the red carpet, but this ensemble was not the most attractive.

Let’s see now…..Paul McCartney, Mick Jagger, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, and all she could come up with is a track outfit and heels? Gasp!

Fyi freaks it’s not a dress up event it’s a fundraiser go you can wear whatever you want rob and Justin timberlake wore jeans to stand up to cancer in September stop acting like she is the only one to do it because guess what she’s not it’s not the oscars people are not gonna come in ball gowns and tuxs get a life.

OMG Kristen…your outfit is un appropriate with the event. Hey gal…its not go to the gym, its charity concert. You must change your tomboy into feminine style, because you are gorgeous, your leg is good. Tomboy style is not approriate.
Cool, hopefully some younger peeps will help out a bit with Sandy now, too – every little bit. ;)

Her entire outfit is completely inappropriate and ridiculous. I know the picture displayed here doesn’t show this, but she wore high heels with this track suit. Wtf? If you’re going to be so bold as to wear a track suit to a benefit concert, at least stick with the theme and wear tennis shoes. This girl is fashion-dyslexic. She does everything backwards. When she wears a formal gown, she couples it with sneakers. When she wears a track suit, she couples it with high heels. What the (insert expletive here) is wrong with her? If a person is to attend a benefit event, I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to act and dress like you care. Kristen never looks like she cares about anything. She always just looks bored and stares off into space.
It took nerves of steel for her to participate in this event and I applaud her for it. New York press treated her really bad yet she found the courage to go and help. I am sure that she considered all angles and what everyone would say but she still did it. In a way, Kristen is a role model for young women. She is showing that you can make a mistake in your youth, apologize for it, make amends, face the issue but still go on an live a productive life. Many people who criticize her are probably parents and that is exactly that they would tell their children if they were in trouble. They would tell them to overcome the problem and move on. Yet they want to kill Kristen. As far as the outfit, it is not my favorite for the event. A nice pair of dark jeans with a shirt and a jacket would have been better yet she looks comfortable.

yep… horrible outfit… but I agree HWL… you need to stop putting the Cheating thing in there now. I think we get the point. it’s done. Robs forgiven her, move on.
if you are going to talk about lame outfits why not pick on kanye west !!!! what the hell was that???????—i thought ks looked cute but her reasoning for being there was a bit strange–she was in n.y.c. to promote on the road and to go on the daily show ——i think they should have had her back on the phones talking to people who wanted to donate money—-would have made more sense than her talking about a state she has probably never been to (oh except to attend a wedding !!!!)

The white legs, she is wearing tights, you can see the fabric. The outfit was appropiate,comfortable, colorful and the colors being used by the helpers. If she would have worn a designer’s dress or leather or high heel stilettos, then she would have been critized for that. Kristen can’t win with the haters, she is damned no matter what she does, what she says, how she stands, how she speaks.
The tights and the long sleeve jacket took care of the cold…

I saw the video and She wasnt cheered!! Dont lie HL!! In fact there wasnt that many cheer for her when She was presented. As for her clothes, its winter, not spring!! its NYC, that means cold, and She was in a serious event not at the gym!!

It seems like the poor girl can’t do anything without the harsh comments from those who have always hated her even before the incident. HWL does not need to put in every article that she cheated. We are not 100% sure she did since the pictures have been questioned and backed up with proof that something is definitely fishy about them and the report US Weeky printed. Those on here that are trashing her outfit are showing their ignorance for she chose this outfit based on the colors and the design of the checks. Her stylist as well as the designer have said Kristen wanted to pay homage to the Rescue Workers that wore vest with the same color and design as Kristen’s outfit had. I don’t think she was trying to publicize her stylish knowledge or advertise for a designer. She chose the outfit for the only reason that it was to pay homage to the Resue Workers who wore the same color and desinged vest during Sandy. I look at it this way that at least Kristen put some thinking into her outfit and chose something that would mean something to those she was helping. Can you say the other actresses there that night did the same with their outfits? Did their outfits have any meaning to them or were they just dressed up to look good and show how stylish they were? Like her jewelry everything Kristen wears has a specific meaning to it and I think she was not there for a redcarpet event to promote a designer’s designs so she chose an outfit that would give meaning to those she was there to raise money for. I applaud her for taking the time and energy to select and outfit with meaning behind it and homage to those who experienced Sandy. She was not there to look stylish for the fans but there to raise money and pay tribute to the people devastated by Sandy so give the girl a break haters. She was there working for Sandy victims unlike several other stars that were there in New York and she also put some thinking into what she wore unlike stars who let their stylist select their outfits and wear only what they can make money off of and makes them look good. She was fantastic introducing Bon Jovi and I didn’t think she did bad with her speech either. What counts is SHE WAS THERE.

OMG you are all blind is outfit is…..words fail me, and a comment below is right, this is a cause about people who have lost lives, homes, everything and you all care about is Kristen WTF outfit, to me this outfit is taking the piss out of people who have lost everything and she thought she’d try blend in and look like she lost everything! shes a bloody disgrace!
