Lindsay Lohan Probation Revoked

Lindsay was expected to show up in court on Dec. 12 but the actress opted to hang out in the UK with The Wanted instead. The judge has now revoked her probation and now she’s expected to show up in court on Jan. 15 2013!

Lindsay Lohan just can’t shake her legal troubles. The 26-year-old skipped out on her court date on Dec. 12 in which she was arraigned on three criminal charges for lying to police in connection to a car accident last June. Although the court date was not mandatory, Lilo decided to hang with her latest boy toy, Max George in London. This probably wasn’t the best idea for someone who could face 245 days back in jail.

The judge, Commissioner Jane Godfrey, revoked Lindsay’s probation stemming from the jewelry heist case. Now a new court date has been set for Jan. 15, and that’s where Jane will decide if Lindsay really did violate her probation and possibly send her back to jail for up to 245 days.

This is just one of many issues facing Lindsay in the legal department. The actress was arrested on Dec. 11 for allegedly punching a woman, Tiffany Eve Mitchell in the face.

We told you that Lindsay was super “stressed” over this court date but that she wanted to prove everyone wrong by not going back to jail. Do you think Lindsay made a bad choice in staying overseas instead of going to court?
