Lindsay Lohan is just making one mistake after another. The 26-year-old opted to hang out with The Wanted’s Max George instead of appearing in court. Now she is expected to show up to court on Jan. 15 and that means she could be thrown in jail for up to 245 days! Watch our video debate to get the latest on Lilo.

Lindsay’s father Michael Lohan told us that there’s no reason for Lindsay to go to jail, that she needs to be thrown in rehab for up to a year! But isn’t it ironic that we told you how worried Lindsay was about her court date and she didn’t even show up? Lindsay wants to prove everyone wrong but she’s not taking the necessary steps to make people believe that she’s serious.

We also told you attorney Raoul Felder said that Lindsay not showing up doesn’t “bode well.” On top of all of this, Lindsay must appear in court on Jan. 7 stemming from allegedly assaulting a woman at an NYC nightclub.

“Her probation has been revoked, so she is definitely going to jail. She thinks the law doesn’t apply to her. I would be very surprised if she is not issued jail time. None of her crimes are major, but she has a pattern of not abiding by the law. The judge will take this into account for sentencing, and it will impact on her negatively. She may be given a longer sentence because of it.”
