K-Stew is headed to a massive fundraising concert for victims of Hurricane Sandy — will Rob be watching at home?

Kristen Stewart is New York City-bound for work — and she left Robert Pattinson behind in Los Angeles!

K-Stew, 22, was spotted heading solo to a private flight in Los Angeles on Dec. 11, en route to NYC in order to make an appearance at 12.12.12 – The Concert for Sandy Relief. The event, held on Dec. 12 at Madison Square Garden, will raise money for those devastated by the hurricane — and HollywoodLife.com will have full coverage.

Meanwhile, we’re a bit surprised that Rob won’t be out supporting her in New York City, but we’re sure they will get back together again soon. It’s always sad when Kristen leaves Rob!

Kristen recently spoke to New York about the emotional stakes in her new movie On The Road.

“It’s funny,” she said. “By putting up walls, you think you’re protecting yourself, but you get to live less. If you’re hiding behind a wall, then you can’t see over it. You’re depriving yourself of so much if you’re trying to be too aware of what you’re putting out there. If you feel someone breaking those walls down, let them. Those are the people that you need to find in life, rather than people that you’re just comfortable with.”

She also talked about the difference between making blockbusters versus smaller-scale films.

“I don’t mind making big movies, because you get to b—h and complain with the others,” she said. “It’s about what’s keeping you from being able to really feel it. But then, at the end of the day, you could be in a white room-the whole thing about being an actor is you have to have an imagination.”

It means ‘Even though I am not there, my love will always be there with you’.

I would imagine Rob had OTHER things to do and she was going to be busy – that’s a NORMAL part of traveling in ANY relationship.

@cayugaflash…it was reported that KS never made that statement about Mr. Roshon the director. (wanting a child that lookef like him but with Robs eyes)

@jane…hallaleui, glad you said it. Most people are acting like KS and RP have been together for 20 years, and then KS cheated. They can see nrw people every month if they want to, they just need to refrain from hurting people in the process. What the hell, leave these two alone.
