A shocking new report claims that a convicted killer in New Mexico arranged for Justin to have been killed by a fellow inmate who was being released, but the plan was foiled when the killer ratted out his accomplices! Read on for all the terrifying and bizarre details!

Yikes! Who knew that when Justin Bieber was in New York City for stops on his “Believe” tour at Madison Square Garden in late November that he was in pursuit of more than just his adoring fans. A new report by KRQE News in Albuquerque, NM claims that a convicted killer at the state prison near Las Cruces, NM had arranged for a fellow inmate to murder and castrate the Biebs upon the inmate’s release!

According to the report, Dana Martin, a convicted murderer currently serving two life sentences for raping and killing a 15-year-old girl in Vermont in 2000, had convinced fellow inmate, Mark Staake, to commit the murder upon his release.

Mark later recruited his nephew Tanner Ruane to help him carry out his castration/murder plan, which was to take place in NYC while Justin was performing at MSG. The plan was for Mark and Tanner to kidnap the “As Long As You Love Me” singer and his bodyguard and strangle them with paisley ties, Dana’s calling card, according to the mastermind himself. Tanner was to then castrate them.

Dana is reportedly obsessed with Justin, and has a tattoo of the singer on his leg. Oddly, however, he is the one who foiled the whole plot, warning the police about Mark and Tanner’s plans. Mark was arrested in Vermont on outstanding warrants, but Tanner made it to NYC.

The police recorded phone calls that Tanner made to Dana, where he expressed disappointment over not getting to carry out the plan. He was then arrested while in possession of murder tools and pruning shears.

When reached for comment by HollywoodLife.com, Justin’s management said, “We take every precaution to protect and insure the safety of Justin and his fans.”

We’re certainly relieved that the men involved in this shocking plot are all in police custody and that Justin is safe!
