Looks like Lindsay could be faced with spending 245 days behind bars stemming from her car accident in June when she allegedly lied to the police. Read on for more details.
Tomorrow, Dec. 12, the L.A. courts will decide if Lindsay Lohan violated the terms of her probation by breaking the law again, and if so, the troubled actress could be sent to jail for up to 8 months!
TMZ is reporting that Lindsay will be arraigned Wednesday for allegedly lying to the cops and driving recklessly — in connection with her June 8 car accident. The judge will most likely revoke her probation from her jewelry heist case, and set a date for a hearing to formally decide if Lindsay violated the terms of her probation.
Lindsay Lohan Facing Jail Time
Lindsay could face up to 8 months in jail — and that doesn’t include jail time if she’s convicted in the car accident case.
Sources say that the L.A. City Attorney is “out for blood” and they will file papers Wednesday asking that Lindsay’s probation be revoked.
As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Lindsay won’t even be at the hearing on Dec. 12, because she has decided to go on the road with The Wanted as they travel to London and Dubai.
Since she’s only being charged for misdemeanors, she does not actually have to be present. Her lawyer Shawn Holley will appear on her behalf.

This is silly, I bet she will just do what she has always done and got out due to overcrowding.. She needs to spend hard time in jail so she knows she isn’t getting special treatment which she is. If she gets 8 months she should serve 8 months. Just the fact that she spent time less then 5 years ago should mean she would get more time for breaking probation. Any normal working person would have to spend more time in jail then these idiot celbs. I use to love her and look up to her but now.. I would never look up to her or recommend anyone to do so.
