Lindsay’s ‘stressed’ about her upcoming court date that could land her in jail for 245 days, but is staying positive and insists she’ll ‘get through the mess.’ Keep reading for all the EXCLUSIVE details!
December 12 is D-Day for Lindsay Lohan, but the actress maintains that she will be “fine” when she’s arraigned Wednesday for allegedly lying to police and for reckless driving stemming from her car accident last June.
“Tomorrow is a big day for her and she’s stressed and nervous but she’ll be fine,” a source connected to the actress tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “She just has to get through this mess.”
“She feels like everyone is against her and wants to see her do bad but she’s not going to. She hates all the negative attention and wants to deal with this on her own,” the source adds.
TMZ reported that when she’s arraigned, the judge will likely revoke LiLo’s probation in the jewelry heist case and set a date for a hearing to formally decide if Lindsay violated the terms of her probation by breaking the law again. It gets worse for the Liz & Dick actress, because, according to TMZ, even if she’s found not guilty in the criminal case, the judge can still rule she violated her probation because the standard of proving a probation violation is significantly lower than proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
And, as if this weren’t enough drama for Lindsay, she was spotted out on December 11 at club Avenue — the exact same place where she was arrested for allegedly punching Tiffany Eve Mitchell in the eye after calling her a “f**king gypsy”.
Sound off HollywoodLifers. Do you think Lindsay deserves 245 days in jail?
