Kim and Kris will come face to face in a court room in February 2013 to continue their divorce proceedings. A source close to the situation tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that a settlement is OFF the table!
It’s been over a year since Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humphries, but the two former lovers are still legally married! Fortunately for Kanye West and Kris’ current squeeze Myla Sinanaj, Kim and Kris’ marriage may finally be coming to an end!
A source close to Kris, 27, tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Kanye was deposed last week. Kim, 32, and Kris will both meet in the courtroom in February to continue their divorce proceedings.”
And it appears as though Kim and Kris are the only ones to blame for their prolonged divorce proceedings.
“[Kim and Kris are] both stubborn and they won’t end it because they both want to prove their point,” our source adds.
Kris feels he was scammed by Kim for the purpose of ratings for Keeping Up With The Kardashians. And Kim is sticking to her guns, claiming the marriage was real — she just married the wrong guy.
To postpone the divorce, Kim has been keeping herself busy with work commitments and making it appear as though she’s “not available.” However, Kim won’t be able to escape her divorce for much longer. February is right around the corner!
Unfortunately for Kim, a settlement is no longer possible because of how much has gone on.
Kris was advised to settle in the past due to his ongoing relationship with Myla, but even if he wished to settle at this point, our source says it’s not possible.
