The ’90210′ star confirms she & boyfriend Josh are tying the knot. (Congrats, kids!)

Shenae Grimes is ready to make an honest woman out of herself. “Thanks for all the congratulations everyone,” Shenae posted on her blog Dec. 7, confirming her engagement to boyfriend Josh Beech. “I’m a very happy lady indeed and all the warm wishes are well appreciated!”

But don’t expect Shenae, 23, to sell her wedding photos to the highest-bidding tabloid.

“We plan to keep our special day very private and we hope everyone can respect that,” she added. “Thanks for the love, right back atcha!”

Because Shenae is wisely keeping specifics to herself, I’ll go ahead and assume Josh’s proposal was just as romantic as the time Liam (Matt Lanter) proposed to Annie on 90210 last year. Only this time, she said yes!
