A body language expert weigh’s in on Harry and Taylor’s budding romance, and says that Taylor must hold her head high and not ‘belittle herself’ to keep a man. Read on for all the details.
Taylor Swift and Harry Style‘s romance is developing fast, as they have been seen visiting the Central Park Zoo, going to a late night birthday party at the Crosby hotel, and they have had several sleepovers — all in the last week! As they have been pictured several times displaying PDA, we decided to ask an expert for their opinion on the matter, and Dr. Lillian Glass, author of The Body Language Advantage, says that Taylor is minimizing her power to try hold onto her man.
Dr. Glass says, “Taylor is walking two paces behind him, and this is where the confusion starts. Her shoulders are hunched over, she is behind him — it’s like she is trying to be like a ‘stand by your man’ kind of girl. She is giving two different messages — she is a powerful woman so why is she acting like this?”
Taylor turns 23 on Dec. 13, which will make her five years old than Harry, 18. Dr. Glass doesn’t understand why a mature, successful woman like Taylor is trying to be a wallflower when in her relationships.
“She is a powerful woman who has sold millions of records, but she is minimizing her power by trying to be a demure little woman and letting Harry look more manly. She tries to belittle herself. She needs to walk straight and own up to her own power. She needs to be herself and walk strong! She will have much more chance of keeping a man if she is honest”.
Dr. Glass also says: “Taylor is smart, she’s beautiful, she’s perfect. She needs to realize her worth. It’s not helping her to act so meekly, so she needs to stop immediately. If a guy doesn’t like her power, then he clearly isn’t worth it.”
Taylor and Harry seem super cute together, as they are always holding hands and looking affectionate with each other. And Taylor should be so proud of her success — so walk strong, girl! Harry is equally successful in his own right; he won’t feel emasculated.
